Here are examples of jobs I won't do
but use trusted referrals that are licensed for the specific task.
The best way to describe what I do is small home repairs, "honey do" lists, fixture replacements, and odds and end type jobs that you either, never have time for, or you don't want to have to purchase the tools and acquire the training to accomplish. If I cannot handle the job I also use 20 different trusted referrals to accomplish the mission.
